Net pot & tight roots?

so I rotate my plant tonight & see a spot where a lot of roots have come thru one hole wound themselves real tight and seem to be getting stiff being so tight, will this affect the plant if so what can one to to fix it?
you can see it just to the left of front center .

You are fine, eventually the roots will split that hole wide open!
