On the other hand growing more than two or three plants in an apartment is kinda asking for trouble. I had a crop hanging up in an apartment once and it smelled a lot and when I came home from work one day someone had kicked in my door and stolen the whole crop. Perhaps you should move when this crop is done and just be a complete prick to the neighbor the rest of the time your there. I'm the type to maliciously prank someone like that.

I hope you don't place repeated listings on craigslist for estate sales at your neighbors with tools, antiques, collectibles, guns and ammunition, dining room sets and bedroom furniture. Even if you say no early birds and sale starts at 6:00 invariably several "important" dealers show up at at 5:00 needing to see the stuff early. I mean so many people want to buy these things.

Get some big carbon filters going as soon as possible. Just because you are legal to grow doesn't mean you're allowed to stink up your neighbors homes. Its just like having a nice stereo system in your house, its not against the law but it doesn't mean you're allowed to disturb your neighbors with it. Show some respect for your neighbors and do something about the smell.

there's a lot of chics that will leave you if you do time.. i can kind of undersrtand their view.. if you're doing a long stint, i wouldn't expect another human to put their lives on hold for x amount of years because i eff'ed up and am being locked up.. i think what the charges were would play a role as well..
but on the other hand, shit's supposed to be for the better or worse, and i'd imagine prison would be the worse part.. i still don't really think it's fair to expect a chic to put her life on hold for a man behind bars for say over 20 30 years or so.. idk, tough call..

Ok lol couple things... hotrod- i litterly laughed out loud reading you post.I do it in a GARAGE not my home. Its considered a condo which sucks but its all zoned for anything cause its industrial. Also, i am not say im not wrong because this is my first crop out and really turned my shoulder when reading about smell. Had no idea how serious it would travel lol. I am wrong about the smell and its my obligation to confine it. Just common sence. Even though there is a creamatory 3 doors down who burns 10 bodys a day with door open in his pajamas and throws all items in the dumpster. Cloths ect... i deal with all that smell an he is the one who came bitching. I wouldnt grow where my kid is unless its for me personally. Just dont want her growing up thinking its ok when young. As for my girlfriend, shes just retarded and no matter what i say about her being bitch and ALL her rules she tries to put in place, she is a great mother and huge important part of childs life. Who knows wheree id be without her regarding my kid. Im a caregiver not a patient. My OP is for family member and should be second to everything else.You live and learn an now i know that no matter how long these last 18days of flower seems to last lol. The next place needs to be sealed completely and have carbon filters without question. Hopefully any noob like myself will learn from my mistake on how easy smell will travel and how quick people will talk and try to get involved for no reason.

I agree, I'd say it's fine for a 5 year stint maybe, but any more than that and it's unfair in my opinion.

My girl almost left me cause i had to spend the night yr ago (before pregnant) cause missed a 50 court payment for suspended liscence fine(1k) which i payed in full when i was released next morning. She thinks shes perfect an we deffinetly have our differences. She has alot to learn about life and sitting on her ass isnt how its done. She still mother of my kid and a good one. Just thinks her shit dont stink haha.But yeah im here now with car on lift doing some work waiting for a detective to show up when the old man from creamitory done breaking all his sanitary laws and is closed at 4... also, the neighbor next door whom i told in first place said he recieved another letter today in morning about it(group email to board members)

Lol. I once answered an ad on cragslist and the old couple were on speaker phone, they're going on about how they didn't have anything forsale and they kept getting calls. Asked me what the hell was craigslist and how to get their phone number off it. Didn't make sense but now I'm wondering.......Who'd they piss off?

Man good thing your not in the military if your girl will leave that easy. I was gone to Iraq for 15 months and my woman was right there waiting for me when I got back. I am concerned with you making bad choices. The smell in a close condo environment. If you aren't smart enough to look closely into carbon filters out of respect for your neighbors then I see bigger issues down the line. 12 full flower 6-9 week old plants and you never thought about smell? I am no saint but it's like playing the stereo loud at 3 am. If you want to play it loud at that time you most likely in a condo will get someone to call the cops. Everyone around you has a right to not take notice of loud noises and bad smell. I am guessing you still have done nothing about the smell? I suggest you find the money to fix it. Next move to the country on some land people will not be close. Agree. I live in the sticks and always have for just such reasons. Band practice, working on hot rods and Harleys, growing smoke. The occasional gunfire is a small part too.

You started out saying its legal. So why so paranoid? unless you know your over you numbers don't stress it!
