Everybody used to be able to give it but then we had a bunch of drama and now only elite can do it.

trolls leaving anonymous -reps to start fights on threads they weren't apart of and other abusive use ,it got out of control

3 people are walking along a road and spy a marble sized rock.

Person A : That rock is there for a purpose and I'll just leave it be.

Person B : That rock is perfect to throw, let's see how far I can chuck it into the woods.

Person C: That rock is mine now. Let's see if I can hit Person A with it when he's not looking.

We had too many Person C's ..........
