When is the recommended spray for neem oil? when lights are on or off?

spray at lights off.

make sure you do a complete soaking
and remeber to do under side of leavse

just get a specail flashlight attached to a head band like the miners wear. VV

Is Neem oil safe for indoor use? I've been looking for something for pest control that I can use on indoor plants.

hi hester every time i see you you got different avvy ,all of them nice..

i picked up some einstein oil the other day,,it is the original neem.. they both work indoor and out door,,i also use kelp spray it is more of a feed but pest do not like it much....i used powder sulfer this year outside for mold issues,and i also be told that it is good to deter pest now that was about a sulfer burner inside.but the smell of that sulfer i could see why things would stay away
