Neem oil stinks does that smell ruin the buds smell

1. Does it work? I have little bugs making alot of dots from under my leaves. Some white some dark. I SAW A FLYER bug BLACK LIKE A GNAT TOO!
2. CAN I SPRAY NEEM ON THE BUDS?
OR JUST THE LEAVES?

just the leaves. i don't even spray after week 2 of flowering. all neem oil spraying should be done during veg phase to prevent this from happening. Also add hotshots pest strip to your grow room.

Cool thanks. I found tons of them under the leaves (eggs) is there anything else I can do naturally?
