Needing Help w/ 1st Closet Grow

Hey everyone, I wanted to start growing and needed some help from all you experienced growers. Ill start by explaining my grow room and everything.

Basement Closet
- Would like this grow to be as stealthy as possible, noise + light leaks to a minimum (living w/ people)
- There is 1 3 prong outlet in the closet
- It is cool in here, I would guess around 60 degrees Fahrenheit
- Insulated with the fluffy stuff
- Is 2 ft x 2 ft x 10 ft tall
- Has gas lines and radon pipes running through the top top part
- There is a crawl space connected to the closet which is 4-5 ft by 2 ft x 1 ft height which leads into the laundry room. (not fully sealed off)
- There is no way that I can get a hole in the door or ceiling or anything for ventilation

So now that you know the circumstances I would like to ask a couple of questions:
- What would be more suitable for my grow room, 250 or 400 watt HID lighting or can i get away with using CFLS?
- What would be my best/cheapest options for ventilation and odor control be?
- How many plants can i fit in here?
- Would Co2 be necessary for my grow?
Approve/Disapprove my Grow Plan
- High Tech Garden Supply For Materials
- For ventilation: 1 small fan for circulation, and 1 exhaust ported into the crawlspace
- For odor control, I was thinking of doing the DIY carbon filter with an exhaust fan attached going through duct into the crawlspace.
- Whiteout the walls with paper or boards

Also, guesstimated how much would this effect my electric bill?

All advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks to those who take the time to help me out.

If you are trying to hide a grow from people that live with you and use that space then I think you cannot do it. You might decide to try anyway, in which case your stealth will depend on how much money you have to spend. If you have enough money to build a fake door and awesome chamber...oh hell I hope someone with more xp comes along. My advice is don't try it. But if you do then good luck!

I only live with one other person in a semi-large house so this will not be a problem because this person never ever goes into this useless(can put it to use) little closet.
