need your help here

I live in a country where cannabis is strictly prohibited.
Since I don't have suitable conditions to grow cannabis at home, I planted 12 cannabis plants on a secluded hillside where I don't expect anyone to come (now I realize that it's too many). And it has been about 2 weeks since entering the vegetative stage.

The problem is watering them. Carrying a large amount of water up the mountain is not an easy task. So, typically, I divide approximately 2.64 gallons of water among the 12 plants, giving them two separate rounds of watering. I water them around noon and again at 6 pm after sunset.
Is it okay to provide water to the plants in this manner? When I check the soil by poking my finger, it's not completely dry, but mostly on the drier side.

If I consider it as exercise, I think I can increase the water amount to a maximum of 5.28 gallons. If I divide 5.28 gallons among the 12 plants 2times, I can give them approximately 0.88 gallons of water per day.

My questions are
1. Will 0.88 gallons of water per day be sufficient for the cannabis plants living in the relatively dry soil during my visit?
2. As an alternative, instead of dividing 5.28 gallons evenly among all the plants, I've considered giving 5.28 gallons to six plants at once and then the remaining six plants on the next visit. Which method would be better for my beloved and precious plants?

It does rain once in a while...Making a device to receive rainwater would be one way. Thank you.

Visiting that often will wear out a well worked path that's easily found and followed. Unless you feel it's safe, you're gona want to limit your visits. We used to go as far as wearing shoe socks to avoid footprints. Nothing spells out a grow to someone like finding a worked trail. Tell tale sign is always perlite on the ground, grow garbage like old pots, empty soil bags, etc.
Someone might walk right by an area that doesn't seem pathed out or trampled/worked. Fuckers started using drones and then it was all over.... Lost 200 one year and called it quits. One of the worst moments of my life.

I'm growing a plant for the first time, and I'm doing it in a mountainous area for several reasons.

As a result, watering is not easy. The place where I live is quite hot. The temperature can reach up to 82 degrees Fahrenheit recently.
I'll upload three pictures. Please take a look and see what might be wrong. They are about 3~4weeks.
It's difficult for me to carry a large amount of water at once, so I'm giving 0.8 liters (approximately 0.2 gallons) twice a day (once at noon and once in the evening).

Possible causes I suspect are
1. High temperature
2. Underwatering
3. Overwatering.

I would like to hear the opinions of experts.

I had the same thought too, and I couldn't help but worry that they might die of thirst, so I couldn't refuse to go.

Did you just plant them straight into the dirt. If that's the case, just give up.

Since you're new to growing, you should have gone with maybe half that amount - 6 plants, dug holes for them, and filled the holes with soil.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like you just stuck them in dirt. I have a feeling this won't end well.

Watering at noon in a hot climate is a wonderful way to induce heat stress.

Not straight into the dirt. I dig a hole and put some mixed soil in then plant them. Since the seeds are not feminized I guess after become I know the sex of them, it may easy for me
