yes sweating does help with extracting it thru ur poors .. but in your hair it stays for a very very long time , liek 6 - 10 years ,, & dont shave your head ,, to all teh dumm ass ppl who said that LOL ,, they dont even take it from your head ,, either your armpit or chest , reason for that is some ppl dye their hair & or use alot of weird botaniucal hair products ... what is this test for ???? for a new job they should only require you to take a piss test , ,, unless u work at a high paying job & they want you to pull a randon ,, but still that should be a urine test ...
