Hey guys. I'm a newer user. I read a lot of posts, but I think this is my first post. I wanted to share my drug testing story with everyone who is in a similar position as i know reading other's stories and advice made it easier for me to sleep at night.
I moved to Colorado Springs two months ago. I had been applying to jobs like Walmart, Target, hardware stores and places of that nature. I had been clean for about three months. I had a rough time finding a 9 to five so I did construction work to make money. It had been going good and paying the bills; I thought i might as well smoke, because I sure didn't need to test for independent construction. Its the one true benefit of being self employed.
I got an interview and it caught me off guard. The job has medical, dental, vision, 401k, I couldn't resist. I wasn't smoking enough to be a chronic user, but it was enough to frighten me. The company requires a ten panel 35190n.

I'm 6'3” 200 lbs and have a pretty fast metabolism. I'm not a body builder, but I have a nice tone to my muscles.
I am currently taking 20mg Adderall daily, and have been for two months. My employer said they would call and verify my prescription, then retest with the new parameters.
The previous week, I had burned through an 1/8th. six days before my test I had smoked a joint. I had two days to prepare. I imminently went to Dollar General and picked up two marijuana tests strips, for $2. Don't waste 20 bucks at Walmart. I started drinking a lot of water at about 9am and taking B12. I filled up an empty 64oz grape juice bottle and made myself drink it before bed. I avoided all physical activity, I know it was overkill, but when its you that has to test, everything that seems like a good idea makes you feel a little less worried.
Reliable sources say this is unnecessary,and just to drink a lot on the day of, but I did this to see if my diluted pee would pass or not. making it less stressful and to see what it would take to make my pee yellow. . My first strip came back negative. but it was as clear as glass. Even with four doses of B12. I couldn't get it yellow, so I started eating a lot of food, after dinner, I ate three hamburgers from Wendy's that night, a few bowls of ramen and a banana. I was uncomfortably full, but My pee was yellow before bed. The next morning I woke up at 8:30, had my morning pee, an abnormally long pee., My test was at 1pm. I ate a giant breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. A glass of milk and a glass of orange juice, and six b12 pills and my adderall. I filled up that 64 oz juice jug with water and started drinking as soon as I could stomach it.
The more you eat, the less you are going to pee - It all goes to your poop - so you have to drink more.At about 12, I had consumed half of the jug, but I couldn't pee!!! I forced a bit out, just enough to dip the strip in, it came back negative, but the line was so faint that it almost wasn't there. I drank the rest of that jug before I left the house. When I got ther eI drank from the fountain until I felt like throwing up.
By the time they called me I had to piss like a race horse! I had to empty my pockets, but the nurse didn't examine me like a PO would, I just put my keys and wallet in the tray, I could have left something in my pocket, so if you use fake pee, just hide it and act normal. I asked him if people tampered with the samples often, laughing about it as if I was an outstanding citizen, He said “people try to dilute it.” He made me wash my hands, but left as soon as the I started the hand washing motion, He gave me the cup, pointed above the temperature strip and said make sure I fill it to at least there.
I started to pee, I waited a few seconds until I though it was the middle, and swooped the test cup in, filled to the line, then finished in the toilet. It came out a nice yellow. I brought the sample out, and he checked the temperature, poured it into a small tube, put a sticker on it and made me initial. He also initialed and sealed it in a bag.
He gave me a receipt, a card with his name on it and I was on my way.
Six days later I was getting worried because I hadn't heard from them. I went down to the work office to give them a copy of my social card and drivers license. The she was going to call me that afternoon. I passed the drug test,they didn't even find the Adderal in my system!
I didn't smoke that much, so I could have been safe regardless, but the Adderall should have come up, I have friends that take it and every one of them has gotten a call to verify their prescriptions. I think this says a lot about the dilution method.
