Need to lower ph

I've read about what amendments to add to grow medium but I don't want to have to disturb my plants. I need to lower the pH and wondering if watering and feeding can be done with lower than desired pH to adjust it to where I need it OR do I need to water/feed with the correct ph? I cannot find any info on this concept. I am growing in organic mix with additional peat moss.

Thanks for any advice you may have.

Or a store bought product that says organic on the bag but actually has no true organic properties?

Bagged organic potting mix. Ingredients peat moss humus bark compost etc.

Just need to know if I can water/feed with a lower than ideal ph to help balance or if I have to water/feed with the ideal goal ph?

From what I hear a true live soil organic garden shouldn't have to be ph'ed so if you do need to make adjustments then you should rethink the organic approach...

But if you are adjusting pH either way them I'd say go with the target pH needed... Put something to low in your medium it may become to unstable.

Okay so youre saying,

your soils ph is high and you want to lower it, so you want to put ph basic into it to try and bring the ph in the soil down a bit?

I believe if you want to lower the ph of your soil, flush with water phd to desired ph
