need to know?

If any one can help, i need to know how to convert a fish tank in to a hydroponic system just like the extra stuff i need an a lil on how to put it together if any one doesnt mind?

I wouldnt mind learning either, I have two 10 gallon aquariums and a 250 watt MH

you need air stones,big ones.Then you need to make yourself a lid for the aquarium to huse your plants in.i.e.,1/4" wood with 3 4" holes,say.fill the aquarium with water,turn on the airstones to get oxygen in there in abundance.2 8" discs are perfect.place the lid over the wter to wheethe bottom 1" of the net pot is in the water,add hydroton,STG and plants.Within a week you will see root development.Cool.After they establish themselves and are good and thick let the water recede to about 1-2" below the rootsand watch em grow.This setup is excellent for vertical grows.

The only bitch is changing the res,but if you have an aquarium,you should have a pump...

Make sure the tank is light-proof so no algae will grow in it. Put reflective metal tape around it all and that should work.
