If you have any other plants in your grow room, get rid of it NOW! If not, then do your best to pluck whatever pollen sacks you see

There was nothing in the pods. No goo or pollen they were empty at least from what I could tell.

you still have a time bomb waiting to impregnate your gals, it may become quite a struggle to manage it by picking off the male pods
