I blew w/ 3X.
Into double boiler type set up w/ 180 F water on a hot plate.
let set / idle for 6-8 hrs.
Scape and let harden. makes good "shatter".
It's my S.O.P.
Never had any snapping, etc..
Sorry for sounding rude earlier,, think you're being honest in personal opinion and all. Not like these read / heard parrots.
But, honestly, you are wrong. Don't know what you may have done different,, but I've NEVER had Snap / Crackle / Pop in my stuff.
I've seem it in other's. That's why the "Ronson" comment.
PS;
I use popcorns & frosty shake only. It's baked to insure dryness, then in the freezer for at least a 1/2 hour before blow.
