Need to birth cakes early!?!

Long story short... I went away and left the picking and drying to a family member. When I got home several ounces were a pile of moldy mush.

I started more jars right away. I need them for a festival coming up 8/21.

So, I need to birth, dunk, and get them in the chamber SOON if I’m going to have some for LOCKN.
My question is, if they are not completely colonized, will they still produce pins? Some are close, just the bottoms still showing verm, and not completely white.

I know it wouldn’t be ideal, but this event is really the only time we do this.

Thanks for reading, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should have enough time.
If You are just now knocking up jars, You won't have enough time to pin n fruit.

The cakes have to be 100% colonized.

Looking forward to updates?

Cheers!!!

Yea, it's gonna be close! Maybe I'll be driving them to the festival in a small HC and picking fresh, lol :)
Would a warmer temp speed things up? I mean it's around 80 as it is...
