need tips on how to build a growroom in an apartment

I will be needing to setup a grow tent in an apartment shortly and I usually do this with 2x4's and panda plastic but since its a quiet apartment building I cant be cutting boards. The whole build has to be pretty silent. Hand tools only and no sawing noises. Any advice? I wa thinking of just precutting all the boards at a separate location and then sneaking them in at night.

too weak. Im gonna be hanging 2 400watt cool tubes and a can 50/can fan combo. thats probably about 80lb minimum. I wouldnt trust 1" pvc to all that investment :)

There is a post out here somewhere called the husband and wife grow. They built their panda covered box from 1x3 and have the lights hung inside and the entire grow is here and it looked like no issues. I used their plans as a guide and changed the size for my needs and used hand tools for the most part. I can't really comments on the lights myself I have 2 small holes in the panda on the top that the light chains go through so I can use more of the vertical space for the plants.

I am about 95% done with my apt medicinal grow box. i live on a top floor and had to try and be as stealth as possible, but you also have to keep in mind that you have time to make noise as well. holidays / weekends / mornings when you know the neighbors are gone. I had everything measured out before I went to the hardware shop and had them cut it all for me. I also did some skilsaw and jiksaw moves in the apt. whatevs, you're working on an art project. my box fills the whole room as 8X9X8 (LWH). seperated in two with - a veg room with two shelfs and two T5 6bulb, and the flower room which is 6x8 and has two 1000w and a 8"vortex on a charcoal filter. It is lined in panda. I Luckily live on the top floor and also for some reason have an individual exhaust pipe that goes from inside the room to the roof, completely random. I put up a few earlier posts. I'll put a complete start on my grow journal this week. My girls are handing in a friends room right now and I just need to grab them this weekend to get going. Their already 2 weeks along.

use drill and srews to put wooden frame together,then grey duct tape to mount plastic walls,
staple gun would be better for the walls. but noisey
maybe do it when everyone is at work.

i used a staple gun. i went nuts. your too paranoid to think using a staple gun in your apt is reason for your neighbors to suspect you for growing weed. i think there could be a hundred other things you would do that would make them suspect.
