60in x48in x 24in reflective tent 250w HPS cooltube+ reflector
60in x 24in x 24in custom wood box. 150W MH
Harvest #1
1 king kush(seed) 1 month veg
great density
Harvest #2
1 king kush(seed) 2 month veg (over grown a bit)
Better yield but big density drop off
harvest #3
4 king kush(clones of #2) 1 month veg
pretty much same yield and density as #2

1 Super Lemon Haze, 3 king kush
Harvest #5
Super Lemon haze
Harvest #6
SLH mother now so ive got 7 clones going when they root in the next week or so i will be putting them in shortly.
since the KKs ive been cloning have been so poor i didn't clone the last one and am now using LSD as my indica. Barneys LSD mother is still vegging

As you can guess the tent is for flowering, and i Veg in the Custom box i made. On my 5th grow right now and ive been lucky enough to not have too many issues. (thanks to this forum) But i want more yield and density!
The first grow i didnt have my tent so i used my box and bud density was great! From my understanding it was because i had a 250w in 24x24 instead of 48x24. (more area = less light) and the i think the pheno type was far superior compared to my other KKs
all my other KKs since then have been very low yeilders very airy buds. i started trimming the bottom of the plants starting in #3 but i haven't seen mush benefit
OK so now my question, how would you increase yield and bud density. Add a 2nd 250w in my tent? Keep in mind heat and power consumption cant be too high. I've got a portable AC now (hot climate and don't want too much energy drain so im not being suspicious)
two 250's should have more light and since it will be more spread out i should get better yield/density right? well thats my thinking anyway if you have any questions comments or anything really please reply!
one other thing my first KK yield was good but i dont know if it was due to a better pheno type or more concentrated light. the Super lemons hazes have been decent but there not know for there yield.
