Need sum 1 with outdoor grow experience to give me tips

So I'm planning an out door grow for this upcoming outdoor season. I got 6 purple wreck 6 lemon skunk and 6 kushberry all feminized that I got from growhigh.com. I'm digging 2x2 holes for a total of 8 square feet and puting big black garbage bags at the base of the hole poking small holes in the bags and putting gravel at the bottom in the inside of the bag for drainage. The soil is hard and clayey so I can't grow in the regular soil and pots I don't want to deal with since I want my plants to be about 5 or 6 feet tall. I'm using a good mix so that's not a problem. I'm going with Dyna grow for vegitation and dyna bloom for flowering. As far as harvesting go's I don't have a spot so I'm planning on renting a hotel room for about a month that'll cost me about 800$ but that'll pay itself. I'm gunna germinate indoor putem in Dixie cups and cut the bottoms off of twenty 2 liter soda bottles and putem over my Dixie cups as a dome for my plants to sprout of course the top will be off for ventilation. Once they get about 6 inches tall and develop a few sets of leaves I will permanantly putem in the ground. My grow area is really good no one will find it I'm sure of that becu I grew 4 plants all I'm pots there last year as a test trial and also to get sum experience the buds were excellent this grow will be my second and most sophisticated this grow will be on a bigger scale about 20 plants. I wanna yield as much as possible. I'm confident in my plan so can someone just give me tips or any suggestions on things I can do to amid this harvest the best it can be or other ideas thanks guys!

u can acheive alot depend on your green thumb but half pound sound very posible if they are more then 5 feet then ur laughin

Nice. So even if planted in late mid April by harvest time sept oct will they still achieve a 5 foot status? Given proper care and sun and shit

i would say more like 2 or 3 ounces dry a plant being your second grow but anythings possible

I've heard more from outdoor grows last year I grew four plants in pots and they were only like a foot and a half tall since the pots weren't that big and I got an ounce from each one wudnt a five footer in ground give me atleast a a qp?

it all depends on the grower and the growing condtions. ive seen 5 footers that only yeild an ounce and ive seen 5 footers yeild a pound .. i would say a qp would be a good estimate . but so much shit can grow wrong dont set any goals just go with the flow man . my first year i drove myself crazy thinking about how much i can yeild .. whatever u get out of it is gonna be better than buying from a dealer..

Yea you're right Bout that but I was just tryin to get. Good estimate I'm thinking if I do things fairly right I shud get a couple of ps but hey it's free so I woudnt complain even if I got a p from 20 plants hopefully way more but I'll find out... Also my spot does have more than enuff sunlight which should help alot whAt did u get from ur first outdoor grow and how many plants did ugrow?

Damn that's pretty good did u grow in pots or soil and how big where they? Did u use topline genetics or just good seeds from buds you've smoked

ive only ever grown bag seed to get some experience so i wasnt wasting my moneyy .. this year i will be getting good genetics.. they were all diferent sizes ranging from atleast 8 feet to 3 feet.. if i can give u one tip that is to read till your eyes hurt i spent 2 years surfing the internet before i decided it was time to grow.. but dont belive everything u see if u find something intresting take some time to research before u go out and do it .. theres alot of pepole on these fourms that will talk out there ass but then theres alot of good pepole that will be there to help you out. but good luck this year bro.

Years worth of reasearch I think his might be my lucky year I'm gunna post pics when the time comes dude so stay posted and keep me updated

top the plants to get them bushy man to give more yeild my first year damn long ago lol i got like 4 pounds from 6 plants ussing a compost soil that i made with a bunch of diff shit like eeg shells and burnt wood and the like but my plants were huge like 8 9 ' tall just remeber its a crap shoot out doors i had a worm prob and rats eat a bunch . sounds like you did your research and it sounds sound to me so gl

Thanks man I can't wait. But did u top the plants or tie them down? I hear topping can cause them to become hermies due to the stress on cutting the plants top node is this true?

i grew 2 plants outside just for fun last year i normally grow inside. but i took good care gave them all organic nutes. i mixed ffof with my backyard soil plants ended up getting 6 ft tall. i topped and tied down . yeilded almost 2 lbs. i think 29oz. to be exact.

you want to plant in april but u should consider germanating in late febuary for maximum growth, in green house check out Hodge in this thread and supper cropping early could give you fATTER nuggs

Two pounds that's good as fuck... I wud try germinating late february but I got nowhere to grow them in the mean time so I'm kind of stuck doing it outdoor in April

I grew in Vegas indoors and got 1/4#per plant. It was 100%sativa and they were each about 4 ft tall and grew in 3 gallon plastic pots.I used coco soil and Dutch Grow nutes under 600 watt HPS lights -2 plants per light. I babied those suckers and the quality of the medicine is the bomb!!! But I was very dissapointed with the yeild, so moved up here in Norcal mountains and gonna grow outdoors this year to get much bigger yeild and save on the electric bill! I have almost perfected the indoor grow scene (according to friends in Bay area whom passed out samples to the local club owners, etc... that have tested my herb and compared it to High times #6 (pineapple ) and everyone liked mine better as for quality and taste -I am going to use the same nutes for my outside grow and grow in 3'x3' holes, etcc. I am confident my babies will yeild at least 2-3# per plant.I have special Hawaiin 100%sativa and special Thai -100%sativa. Growing at about 1800 feet ASL.Good luck to you, be safe, and dont tell any so called friends where your grow is.
