Need Some Help with Defoliating

So im new to this Group, Frequent user of Grasscity but wanted to see what other Forums are like. Here goes,
I currently have 4 plants going, 2 of which i need help with. The plants go as following
-Great White Shark Feminized
-Gorilla Glue Auto
-Gorilla Glue Auto
-Mexican Haze Feminized
Setup is Currently:
2 1000W Leds
185 True Watts Each
1 600 Watt Led
135 True Watts
Feeding Fox Farm Grow Big currently along with Cal-Mag supplement.
Feed Every 3 Days
In Fox Farm Happy Frog Soil.

The GWS is in week 7 of Veg, both Autoflowers are in Early week 4. Extremely stunted. (First Time with Autos)
Mexican Haze is about week 3.
So the Main Questions are about the GWS and MH, i have some yellowing on the bottom leaves of my MH. Which i thought to be of Nitrogen Deficiency but ive fed with no noticeable sign of Improvement. What do you guys think the issuse is?
Second question is about Defoliating my GWS, i have my lights at 24 inches and I've done 3 Rounds of Topping and have 8 tops. Ive done some minor LST for now. The plant is extremely bushy though and Short, i feel like lollipopping to allow better light penetration might help the plant focus its Energy towards new Growth. Opinions or ideas?

Any pictures? Also what FF GB are you using and how much? And what kind of ca/mg supplement are you using and how much? Then as far as the lower leaves yellowing on your gws n' mh plants, that sounds more like a watering to frequently problem than any kind of nutrient deficiency!

The yellowing is only on the MH and no i don't believe so. I feed with 2tsp per gallon. But i have a ratio of 50/50 on soil and perlite. Its always extremely dry when watering!!! What else ya think i appreciate the input

Improvement would be that the yellowing stops, the yellow leaves won't get better.

I grow hydro in a very small area with small 150hps and now trying a 185w Bestva LED. I defoliate only because plants are pretty much stacked on top each other. I would only cut the largest water leaves. This was my first run with just an LED I got a little crazy because of light penetration.. I got nervous and added my hps back in too. Then I saw what I had done!! So be careful you dont get hack crazy!! Stay away from leaves that dont have stems protruding from the bud sights. I also cut just the leaf off and leave the main stem. Eventually it will fall off on its own!!
