Need some help to figure out what's wrong

I'm growing AK48 and Kaya Gold . I'm going to upload some pictures to see if anybody has had these problems before . I'm growing in a medium made from a mixture the local flower shop makes... Not exactly sure all the things in it but you can see the medium in the pictures . It has really good drainage and the ph stays about 6.5-6.8 I water about every3 to 4 days and using a 8 bulb T5 light about 400 watts I think it is . I'm at about half strength with the nutrients Bc grow . B1 thrive alive, Route 66, sugar daddy , and and. Two more I can't remember the names . I will edit this later today when I go over and get more accurate info ... But just from the pictures and what you can see , what's ur thoughts on what the problem is ?

If any more info is needed just let me know what else u need to know and. Ill try to answer whatever questions , thanks to anyone willing to help me ... I think they are in pretty decent health but I see them not being in the best they can be and these are 1 moth old . Oct 13-16 is when they was put in soil

Seed plants or clones? What kind (strain name)? Honestly I don't see much wrong. Maybe more N. I use organic to keep from burning them. Guano, coffee grounds. I use the Fox farm trio: grow big, tiger bloom, & big bloom. I follow the feeding schedule that comes with it. I'll add compost tea and calmag occasionally but I mostly keep to the schedule. Make sure the soil doesn't dry out between waterings. I must say though, I'm a new grower and I have a lot to learn myself.

Lower leaves look like Nitrogen. New shoots look like Iron. Iron ( as well as Potassium ) can be locked in the soil too rich in Phosphorus with too high pH , overwater or with too little drainage. ---> lower pH , remove those lava rocks so the soil could get more air.
