Right now outside it’s 78 degrees and 72% humidity. Inside the tent it’s 88 degrees and 52% humidity

Ok. Once I get the shed as insulated as I can. If I get an A/C Unit and dehumidifier in one, can I pipe in that cooler, dryer air through a duct? Then I could close off the vents?

You want them as separate units. There will be times you need dehumidification and not cooling.
