Need some help, bottom leaves dying off and getting dark brown spots all over

image.jpg image.jpg Hey I'm having some problems that I can't figure out because I'm pretty new to this stu hey I'm having some problems that I can't figure out because I'm pretty new to this still. This little guy was planted on April 28. For some reason my plants don't get much height. I thought it was due to my lights but I moved to these ones outside every day because I want to try growing them outside and I'm still having all the same issues.

I'm growing in a homemade box with 2 42W Daylight bulbs and 2 26W Full spectrum Son Blaster grow bulbs. I have two small intake fans and one big exhaust fan on top.

I've tried a few different nutrient brands, I've tried adding Cal mag, I've tried going a little lower pH, but nothing fixes my issue.

WTF is going on?!
