my wife and i have finally gotten into a position where we can move and were considering cali. i was looking at moving in the counties of el dorado, butte, yuba, nevada, or placer. i'm wanting to know if when i get there what would i have to do to grow for my wife and myself and stay within the law and not get fucked with. what documents do i need and how hard are they to get. also what are the limits of plants and dried bud after the last new bill 420. also any speculation about what will happen after novembers vote? also we have another couple that is thinking of moving out that way with us could we combine or grows if we lived next door to one another?

Don't bother getting involved with the feds if you're gonna grow, do it like you actually have free will. The chance of getting caught growing is very low unless you're an idiot so don't worry about that. I live in southern Cali and it's a great place but you really shouldn't have to move to feel safe about growing.

mmmmmm.... its like this man... in general DONT GO over 99 plants. UNLESS you like jail and fines. "technically" anyone can be a caregiver w/215 card etc. it would be smart to post the individuals medical recomendation w/ phto of ID. There are documents on-line that you and the 215 patient can sign to make clear that you are the DESIGNATED CAREGIVER. MMJ clubs have simmilar forms for your first visits (read the fine print) which gives them the ability to grow LOTS OF DOPE. It is not uncommon for clubs to have 100++ plants and stay out of trouble. different counties in CA are more/less tolerant. santa rosa and sonoma have a good grow culture and a 25 plant limit (check SAFEACCESSNOW.COM for all counties).

HONESTLY, no matter how many folks you grow for-- when the cops come and count 70 -80 plants-- there gonna fuck with you

grow as a caregiver for your friends and keep it 25-30 plants you should be good

FREEDOMS JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR NOTHING LEFT TO DO

Im in yuba county, they are pretty chill here. Just follow what your dr recommendation says as far as amounts grown and possessed. like v 8 said, stay under 100 plants and your ok. feds USUALLY only get involved at 100+ plants. Good luck.

if you grow outdoors and only want to grow for yourselves then keep it around 10 plants. you will harvest multiple pounds which is more than enough to get you through.

thanks for all the info guys im actually flyin out monday to look at some rental houses. do alot of the rental contracts have fine print in them about growing? if i dont see it im sure not gonna ask lmao. i was thinking of just doing an out door grow but was thinking since i could actually do it now without worrying about bullshit what do you think i could max on a plant i veg inside from around christmas then moved outside till fall when it finishes? i know even if i just plant from seed i will get somewhere around a pound a plant or so just from what ive read on here. but ever since i saw fdd treehouse grow i wanna see some shit like that for myself. i have read that certain counties restrict canopy to like 25 sq feet is this something that they look at super hard as far as will fuck with you?
