Need some assistance

I'm new here but I'm trying to figure out what is happening before things get worse.

Here are some pics of the issue but it looks like the outer edges of the two big leafs are dying. The sprout is around a week old. I'd be happy to supply details.
Sorry about the pics being so big.

Thanks and much love.

My first guess would be too much fertilizer. Let the soil dry out first, then give it a good watering...enough that water comes out the bottom of the pot for a bit. You want to do this 3 or 4 times in an hour or so. That should flush any excess fertilizer. Then let her be for around 14 days before giving her a light dose of fertilizer. Also, let the soil get basically dry between waterings.

^ if the soil is prenuted, just give it water for another week. Seeds have enough food for around the first 12 days, which is why nute burn is so common in seedlings.

The dirt was pre-nuted so as suggested I've already begun the flush. Thanks for the responses here.

Any suggestions on a what to feed her with after the flush has restored her health?
