Just checked my plants there in 10/15 gal smart pots and it flooded today and they are sitting in about 6-7 inches of water I was wondering if they will be OK if not should I harvest. Here some pics. If I harvested would they be potent at all

i magnified your pics 2 were blurry, trics. appear whitish are you able put some blocks under pots raise them above water, possible to heavy, are you scoping / loupe your trics

Take them out of the water, and let them dry out.
They should finish fine.

This happens about 3 weeks ago or so and they pulled through I don't know how high the water was last time tho whole pot isn't submerge just bottoms

The soil will continue to soak up the water from the bottom, not allowing the needed oxygen that the roots need to be taken up. You need to find a way to get them up higher, or they will die.
