That canopy is great looking but it's definitely pretty "short" and wide to need defoliation, defoliation is going to be for taller canopies with multiple layers of netting where there is a large majority of buds being shaded out by big fan leaves. I would leave it alone personally.

If you insist though, just "big leaf" them and remove all the larger red tailed leaves. Usually you want to do this right after stretch complets and budlets have formed. Any time will work though..

Why is it not a scrog???
A trellis net is not a scrog screen.
There is a huge thread here showing what a scrog is.
Rigid screen is the only requirement other than tucking. One level only

Your plants look very healthy, and i wouldnt trim anything above the net

In a scrog you weave the branches thru the net during veg to fill the net with more buds and create a even canopy
You continue to weave the plant to completely fill the space right thru the first two weeks of flower
I did much as my space allowed pretty much. Second grow, 1st scrog, organic soil

You are missing the point. A scrog only has one net.
You hang the net in veg, and tuck till the screen is 1/3 or so full. Flip to 12/12 and continue tucking till the net is full and let it ride.
Everything under the single screen gets trimmed away.

Nice !! I’ve flipped to flower added another mars hydro ts3000 am I being greedy using one light per plant what temperature is death people have grown with multiple halogens in the past it must get extremely hot we had a temp of 38 yesterday I have cool air being pumped in but with both lights on at 50 percent it was 38 inside I think our heatwave is nearly over ummmm I was told one light wouldn’t penetrate the cover and I’d have airy buds ! Help me the photo is without the second light installed last night
