Need Some Advice for Trapping Odor

Guyz, I am a newbie living on a flat. I cannot afford a good ventilation system or carbon filter yet. I get the fresh air from the window once a day by opening it and provide the air circulation with ventilators. Everything is under control so far (heat, humidity, light). My girls are on veg week 2 and odor is not a problem for now. But I am worried about the flowering. Here is the plan: (cannot upload photo, something wrong with the forum right now)

"The upload failed because the file could not be written to the server. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded."

My girls are on one of my rooms. The window of the room opens to the forest which is I am happy about. I want to trap the odor inside the room and eject it through window every day. I don't want the odor pass through my other rooms. So I am planning to stretch a tarp around the door from inside and isolate it from every side. I will put a zipper door on the tarp. So, when I enter the room, I will go into the small tarp room, close the door and pass to the grow room through zipper. Would this be effective? Or do you have any ideas that doesn't require expensive filtering system or ozone machine?

Also, How much do I need for the carbon filtering of a 110m3 room?

I don’t think that will work. Without constant filtration the smell is going to build till your residence has a force field of pot odor around it. My fans stopped working while I went for a walk once and I could smell my house from down the street. And as I approached it was like a weed force field around my house. I grow a lot of plants. I hope it works but I’m not hopeful.

Are you able to vent extracted air along with the odor straight out the window via ducting?

As long as you get a decent amount of negative pressure in the tent you should be ok. The odor will exit thru the window. It may not be fool proof.. as in completely getting rid of the smell.. but it will dim it down for you and make it more manageable for you to conceal the odor to the room. Worst case in my opinion you will still be able to get a whiff of you stand outside the room.. But you would have to be in your apartment to find that out.

Theres really no way to completely control the smell without a filter. If youre on a tight budget you can get a cheap one for now but dont expect it to last long. I have a mountain air that has been through I think 6 grows and still working great. It did cost 200 so its on the more expensive side but still a good investment in my opinion.

Home depot should have something for garage doors to keep air out and air in maybe try that and maybe some rubber that is on car doors for the sides it might make it hard to close the door but that means its working

The carbon filter i have i only use for budding and i wash the cloth every month so it lasts pretty long. washing the clothes constantly is something they dont want you to find out XD

something like this will help alot when it comes to seeping air. this will allow the fan to pull from your room vent before the door because its the biggest opening making it easier to pull air from. then try getting garage door rubber bottom on amazon too and seal of the bottom.

I did that but you know, the air is a sneaky bastard^^ Gets through a little space.

Btw, I don't have a pro grow tent. I made myself a tent with cloth, aluminum foil and some iron bars(as frame). I will design the exhaust system by cutting or removing some parts of it.
