Info:

* 600w HPS (+ 1 more 600w HPS coming in a day or two)
* Medium: soil, perlite.
* 41 plants. Many different strains, both sativas and indicas. Most seeds are feminized. I will end up with around ~35+ plants im sure, it's been over a month now and still no signs of any males, around 15 females so far.
* Pots are ~0.3 gallon cut-off bottles but are now under the process of being transplanted into 1.7 - 2 gallon pots.
* 31 days vegged today. From seed.
* 12-20" tall (Sativas being in the 20" range)

Current "concerns" and questions:

They've become rootbound in their 0.3 gallon bottles. I transplanted 4 plants 2 days ago, I wasnt too gentle with their roots, broke / cut the root balls, the plants seems to be doing fine so far, so maybe that's the correct way to do it..? I just went by instinct and from what i remember reading i guides years ago.

I'm thinking i should i veg for a bit longer (40 days? on day 31 now..) to let them heal and grow roots. Any pros / cons? Should i go even longer? I have the vertical space for tall plants so no problem there, i'm also not in a rush and especially not if it means bigger yield.

In a guide i read recently on the forum the advice was to make sure you have very green and healthy looking leaves all the way to the end. This seems extremely strange to me, i've always been under the impression that the leaves should yellow and even die off so that there's a lot more focus on bud production? I'm not sure what to think of this. I usually cut down on the N feeding during flower to promote the yellowing.

I'm sure something else will come up.. and yes i'm aware this is a lot of plants for this little light, but its what i've noticed gives best yields for me personally. I've grown ~20 plants and i've grown 5-6 plants under a 600w, yes when growing few they get bigger buds, but it will still produce less yeild than what 20+ plants does. Quality of the smoke has been very good with both methods.

Thanks :weed:
