Need quick answers for lighting

Okay hey guys its Austin, just came across this portable luminaire light and I was wondering if itd be any good for growing with? I have other lights already installed but was wondering about this portable luminaire light. Ik you need lumens for the cannabis plant so this being a luminaire light i thought itd work good??

What is a luminaire light? High pressure sodium-metal halide or fluorescents in that order

looks like a low watage reading light...probabaly not worth it

searching amazon.com for luminaire lights brought up low power desk lamps and halogen lights that would probably not be very useful for plants.
