thanks for all the replies, I talked to a MMJ Attorney and he said all that can be really done to me is the landlord kicking me out.

HOWEVER, he said it isn't wrong for him to complain about the smell and see it as a nuisance.

If I was you, maybe try to get a better hold on the smell situation, and try to keep the lanlord from finding out, but your legal and I wouldnt stop growing. If he does indeed try to fuck with you some more, then go to the police with some evidence about him trying to extort you.

Yes the landlord could evict you since property threat/damage is on the table.. In some places landlords/home-sellers are required to disclose any past MJ growing due to mold hype etc..
And thats not going to be interpreted as blackmail sorry.. Ppl are supposed to attempt to settle small claims disputes out of court.. Court is intended to be a last resort..

well guys, i talked to the property manager about the situation and he ended up calling the upstairs fucktard and was telling him if he doesn't stop with his bullshit that he was going to be evicted. It's a done deal, dude came down and said I hope I learnt from this experience. He ended up being racist and had a drunken rage telling everyone in the neighbor that I grow weed in HIS house. He thinks that the place is his, what a lowlife hope that he has since he's never going to own anything. He failed in life and tries to be bitter towards any situation where he think he can get some quick money. I didn't want to pursue him and go to court and leave his family in the streets, I'll let his karma get the best of him and plus his life is already shitty.
