Need opinions on my grow room plan!!!!!

Here's my plan. Any feedback in appreciated.

Room
-upper shelf of a bedroom closet
-already painted flat white
-4.5 Feet (length) x 2 Feet (depth) x 2.3 Feet (height)
-my only source of ventilation is a window right beside the closet
-upper shelf sealed with plastic tarp like sheeting
-I have hooks and bungie ties to secure sheeting
-there is no concern with outside light ruining light cycles
-I have a thermometer and humidity indicator ready to install in the closet.

Lights (this is where I'm most unsure about)
-2 UVA heat and light source bulbs for reptile enviorment
-100 Watt each
-I think they are fluorescent, not sure.
-The bulbs will go into 2 separate lamps also from the same retail store
-The lights will hang from the ceiling of the closet on chains to easily adjust height

Plants
-planning to buy from Nirvana Shop
-2-3 plants
-In planting pots

Soil
-Sunshire Mix 4 or 7

Water
-bottled water
-the pots will sit in a plastic basin at is 2.5 inches tall to collect drainage to prevent drowning the plants
-I have tubing to collect drainage
-the tube will drain into a large bucket sitting at the bottom of the closet

Clones
-once the time comes to make clones, I have a 25L(I think) fish tank to house the clones which will sit beside the mothers

You need different lights, heat lamps tend to kill young plants. Look for Metal Halide, High pressure Sodium, CFL or fluoro.

Thanks NoDrama. My second thought was using 2 40W 1900 Lumens fluro tubes. They also say plant growing on the box. Are these lights enough juice given the space? Or would I need 4 instead of 2?
