Need Opinions!!!!4x8 Ebb and flow!!

Ok so i'm working on a 4x8 ebb and flow and a 4x6..I'm hoping to do a SOG with 1 gallon smart pots...I'm considering 2 1000watts under the 4x8 and 4x6 or get a light mover and just use one 1000watt on each tray..What do you guys think?I'm looking to do at least 72 plants in the 4x8 and not sure yet how many will fit in the 4x6..Strain i'm thinking with going with AK-47 or a kush strain keeping the SOG short...With that many plants in a 4x8 when do you think its best to start flowering them??I'm thinking about veg from clone for about a week or 2 and than switch them?

Also what size reservoir you think i will need for the 4x8 and the 4x6 i'll be flooding 4 inches high?

sounds great, with two 1000w hps you will need to make sure you have adaquate ventilation so heat isnt an issue.
two week veg should be good with that number of plants on a table but keep in mind that they will be a bitch to service, take preventative measures against pest and keep everything super clean that way servicing them wont be much of an issue.
you will need a huge reservoir, i had a 36 gal res on two 3x3 tables and it was only just enough. but my tables were not packed so tightly so i imagine yours will need less water to fill each table, regardless make sure you go big enough so you have some room to play with.

you may use the smaller table for vegging with a 400w metal halide or even some 125w cfls in small containers and then move them to the large table thats constantly in flower with two 1000w hps. that way you have a perpetual harvest and if you take clones constantly you can harvest a few plants every day. and even save on electricity. if you do use both tables for flowering you can put them in seperate rooms and use the same balast with two bulbs to power both grows, 12hrs in one room then it shuts off and 12hrs in the other room, ie one ballast two lights save more money.

with a 4x4 table and 5.5inch pots for a sea of green 79-80 pots so,155-160 plants on the 4x8 table.two 1000w lights would be very nice but im looking at that light bill. heat is the other problem, one 6inch 440 cfm will cool a 1000w light off asap. so u can do a 10inch fan on two 1000w lights just my thoughts. happy growing

to flood a 4x8 and 4 in high, I would say 100gal. im flooding a 4x4 4in and 55gal is close to not enough. I get 3 days before I have to add water
and there just babys, think what full size plants will do.

anyone else? i am also looking to do a similar setup. 2 4x4's flowering 4 weeks a part with a 1000w on each with 25 in each. then 2 more 4x4's with 1000w's on each for veg all 4 weeks a part. any ideas or advice?
