Have no idea about Dutch Pro.

I have used Canna Nutes with Coco for many years. Canna Vega and Canna Flora.
Have heard positive things about Canna Coco but haven't used it to date.
You should give canna a try, it's excellent.

Never experience any major deficiencies.
Always able to rectify any issues with a good straight Flush of water ( 5.8 as usual ) and a half strength feed the following few days.
If problem persist, repeat again.

That's been my solution every time, I swear by it.
I think that flushing the plants and then "lightly feeding" with half strength Nutes before building it back up to your nomal target EC allows the plant to sort it self out and settle back into nice healthy growth.

You cant really do any further damage with this method.
Allot of people that are adding different products to correct deficiencies end up having compounding deficiencies by getting the balance wrong. Especially New growers that read into every little dot and start adding this and that.

Let it be,
flush it
Feed it lightly
It will bounce back, every time.

Good luck buddy!

I could be wrong but I believe Cana coco has extra cal/mag to compensate.
I never used Canna coco as I didn't experience any issues with There Vega/Flores Nutes.

But you are most definitely right Budley!

Ok cheers I'll give it a try
What EC were you feeding your plants when these "apparent" deficiencies started?

Thanks! I've been contemplating the switch for a while now to get away from temperature issues in the summer with my F&D setup. Been reading lots ;).

I love Coco and F & D.
I actually use to Flood and Drain system with Coco that has a small layer or Rockwool Floc at the bottom of each pot to keep the coco out of my tray/reservoir.

I don't think i would grow any other way than F&D again. So simple and easy to grow.

I enjoy aero but it's very fidly.
Takes a lot of time/work.

If your growing with coco and top feed, there won't be hardly any waste.

isn't there a couple of different watering methods re run off? I thought that some actually water till they get like 1/3 run off to ensure that there is no salt buildup? Again I've only read so far not tried. I just built a chiller so it'd be a bitch to just up and switch is my other thought.

There is many ways off course.

But if I would run a drain to waste system in coco, I would not water for there to be a run off.
I would just flush every now again.

This guy has a decent sized op LOL and he has no waste, top feed coco grow.
