Should i do anything with fan leaves so that lower leaves would get more light?

Only if they are more then 50% dead, which would be yellow drying up or ready to fall off. Plucking healthy leaves isn't a good Idea, I can cause some problems, Slow Growth, Cause other problems, Best to let them get to the point you know they need to come off.

done properly It can help lollipop and many do, you have to do it right not all at once, take them off and train them, you can do many things but carefully is always better.

cut the very lower ones off . the top ones are the important ones . lollipop the plant . watch some youtube videos how to do . some people see my plants and flip out . cut almost every branch off lol . I do what works for me you need to find out what works for you .
