need help

I have 2 plants they are about 3 feet tall I have them under a 1000 watt hps lamp and 5 cfls should I keep the cfls on or off when flowering

it's an option of yours , they are doing barely nothing when it comes to lighting because 1000W its more than enought for your plants. but if you are aiming for top quality weed , i would add 2 UVB lamps to your flowering. and turn it for 4 hours in the middle of your 12. You may lose a little yield .. but will worth by far the quality improve.
