Need help.

I have been having terrible luck growing ive never had this much trouble. But now I have 2 seeds that have sprouted but the seed shell is still on them should I pop it off myself or leave it on? Sorry its so short im havung to post off my phone. I have pics etc

No, just leave them on.

It should fall off on its own in time, but if it's loose and will come off with no force you can remove yourself.

Try to stay as close to mother nature but those guys are both right.
