my lights are as high as i can put them in my grow room and my plants are almost touching them. im 3 weeks in to flower. my question is when will they stop growing in hight?

tie them down if the get too close, how tall were they when you put them into flower and how tall are they now?

they were about 1ft when i turned them to flower, they are about 3ft now. when will they stop growing?
