These were grown in ffof and fed nutes(gh bloom and mirco) after a month..

If I were growing in Ocean Forest and was at your stage, I would top dress with more Ocean Forest with some EWC (worm castings) mixed in.
The plants are acclimated to that specific environment and should react positively.
Try to remember that “Less is More” most of the time.
You could go that direction or to dress with a dry organic fert., like Flower Girl or the Haply Frog dry. You’ll need to top dress roughly every 3 weeks and, once you flip to flower, gradually move from a veg mix like 4-4-4 to the bloom in the neighborhood of 2-8-4. I use Gaia Green, it works well and I follow the directions on the box.
With both options (ocean Forest + worm castings OR a dry organic fert.) you will want to add in some sort of microbial catalyst, as the microbial action is the life-blood of an organic grow.
It may sound daunting but it’s not. There are plenty of good products out there that will do the trick. First off, the EWC will help in that department, but products like ReCharge, Fish Sh!t, Mycos, etc. can be given once every week or two and keep things running smoothly.
You can grow a fine plant with great results using only Ocean Forest….I’ve seen it happen too many times.
Once you begin to gain experience and have a better understanding of the process, you can tweek things and experiment a bit.
While it is true that the plant needs less N and more P&K during flower, it doesn’t require 8 bottles of salt filled concoctions with colorful ads with enticing descriptions.
I am happy to share the way I’ve managed to produce some great plants with little to no drama. All organic and a very inexpensive ingredient list.

Some strains are feed hogs - FFOF can “ usually “ go for weeks upfront but looks like medium is being exhausted ( ready to supplement ) .

There are a couple of ways to “ recharge “ the base mix. You can top dress a cup or 2 of FRESH FFOF and water that in. Or make a “ tea “ with FFOF bubbled in a cheesecloth bag then added as a drench.

You can also scratch in a dry fertilizer at top soil ( Dr. Earth / Megacrop / Flower girl / Happy frog fruit and flower or similar ) - even a simple 4-4-4 or 5-5-5 fertilizer. They seem a bit nitrogen deficient. So adding something like fish hydrolysate ( alaska fish fertilizer) would help.

Bottom line your container soil is depleting.

Many others can help chime in on other simple fixes.
