It's just foxtails, they wont hurt anything. Could be heat or light stress. No need to rush chop over it. What lights are you using, how far from plants, how big is space, what is temp?

Right now I have 1 plant that has been giving me grief and is fox tailing like crazy. I went away for a week 2 times and both times my son fed her for me. Somehow one of the ducts connecting to the light came off, a different one each time, and drove the temps up causing tons of stress. She will be fine but asthetically looks horrible due to the heat stress and fox tailing. That said it will not affect the quality of the bud, just the look.
