Need help with soil and transplanting

A couple of weeks ago I went to transplant some seedling. I got the 3 gal buckets ready wih foxfarm soil and worm castings and pre moistened it for the seedling. Only to realize the root system was to fragile and immature to transplant. I put he soil back into a cooler in my very cold garage( winter on the east side). My question is, can I still use this soil even though I had pre moistened it and then out it back into the cooler. The soil is not we or look any different but I'm afraid of fungus or mold or anything like that. Can I still use his soil, don't really have the money at the moment to buy more. Thanks for your input in advance.

Should be fine to use. The cold is more likely to kill healthy soil activity than to cause unwanted mold or fungus to occur.

will be fine, I actually mix my soil mix a week or two before I plan to use it and let it "cook" and the base I use is moist out of the Bag ..
