Need help with seedlings

Hey I recently got some afghani kush for the low and got a shit tone of seeds and decided to plant some in my front yard without germinating and i decided to germinate 6 as well and every single one sprouted,I then planted them into some soil that i got from my backyard and put them Under a 100w light i got impatient as its my first time doing this and decided to go looking through the soil to see progress in 4 of the cups i didnt see the sprout most likely because I didn’t look deep enough but i dumped out the dirt from one of the cups to see and found the sprout and gently handled it back in with all the dirt at a higher level, but in the other cup i found the sprout and it broke into 2 pieces will this still grow or did i kill it and did i kill the other ones that i didn’t find

One of the seeds in my front yard came out of the soil it’s been 5 days since i planted but the sprout is bent and the leaves are stuck together is this a problem or will it keep growing in the next few days
