So i have a beautiful female that i grew out in a 3gal pot. She went through a whole cycle and produced 3oz cured. So I i cut most of the buds off her and put her back on a 24 hour light cycle. She didn't have squat for leaves left and i left some of the popcorn buds on her and as fate would have it a week later she had leafed back out. (very mutated leaves but hey). once the new growth kicked in i went ahead and transplanted her into a larger pot just gave her her second watering 10 min ago and and noticed that some of her interior leaves are wilting off. Any way here is my issue right now. I want to spread her out a bit. if you look at the pics her branches seem to grow straight up. i have been thinking about doing some LST on her but she's really woody at her base. anyway any thoughts on how i should proceed with her would be awesome. Not sure if I should bend her over at her top and then spread her out with string, or should i spread her branches out. not sure, but one thing that is happening is her branches have no leaves on most of it, just the end of the branch.

yeah I agree. While the stems might be woody if your careful you will be able to pull them away just enough to open it up. That will make things much better. take clones like ringsixty said and that will help thin it out a bit too. Nice reveg btw!
