All pruning should be done at least a week or two before flowering starts
That is because they were trying to flower. You have to adjust the lighting before you put them outside ...otherwise they start to go into flower then reveg them back to flower.I'm trying to figure it out too.
My clones went from 20/4 lighting to the window sill, to buckets back in may. I seen preflowering in July. So idk what's going on, that's why I'm here to gather as much info as possible.
Yea I know but my plants were dense with leaves and I had what I thought was pm. I was told no leafs should be touching and to remove what I could before I treated with green cure. All pruning should be done at least a week or two before flowering starts
So what do I do, they started producing trichomes a week or so ago. That is because they were trying to flower. You have to adjust the lighting before you put them outside ...otherwise they start to go into flower then reveg them back to flower.
Most outdoor growers slowly change their light schedule to match the length of day when they are going outside. That way it is gradual, and not a big change all at once.I'm trying to figure it out too.

Two different beasts all together. If done right outdoor growing can be very rewarding... especially when you get to the point you can grow 5-12 pounds per plant.I grow indoors allot, this is my second outdoor. So it's a little rough around the edges. Research would have been beneficial before hand. Thanks for the tip on checking the calyxs.
