Need Help With My Plant can some one help?

hello I have a 3 foot plant still in vegie stage, the leaves are turning yellow and the tips are burned on all the leaves even the small new ones some of the tips ae curled up and some are down and yellow the jagged edges are burned to its been like this for a few weeks I just put it under a 400w Mh yesterday iv been useing micrale grow 15,30,15 and micrale grow 24,8,16 and I put One Tea Spoon of triple super phosphate 0,45,0 in it last week but sence then I just been watering it every 2 or 3 days I Have An AVI Video file of it at this link

For about 2 months

It sounds over fertilized maybe. I recently over fertilized a few flowering plants, and they exhibited many of those symptoms. I have heard of people having success with miracle grow using it at 1/4 to 1/2 strength. If there is any way for you to get pictures, that would make it easier to tell what the deal is with them.

I Try to flush it a few time in the last 2-3 weeks and I just put 1/8 the strength of micral grow 15,30,15 and I noticed that some of the stem to the bigger leaves are turning purple and alot of the bottem leaves are still dying. 3 Leafs stems I touched and they just fell right off the plant like nothing?
Is that two is it still over Fertilized

What type of water are you using? If using tap water it must be left out 24-48 hours to get rid of any chlorine , and check the ph.

Yeah Its Tap Water, I didnt know about leaving the water sit for a few days.
do you know how to get the cholorine out of the plant?
