Need Help with my Holy Grail Kush Seeds please ASAP

whats going on RUI Growers i need help with my seedlings i just started. some seedlings appear that the stem is pinched and they are falling over at first i didnt think it was because they dried out as i was watering them every day... now i believe it is.... Also some of them looks like the leaves are starting to brown and are discolored a lighter green.. I did start these out in my garage which i believe to have gotten to hot with it being summer than quickly moved them to my bathroom. My setup is a simple humidity dome that i water with R.O. water and have a heat mat under. I dont not know the temps as it sits in my bathroom and i normally always run my ac in my house at 72. and finally they are under 10 25 watt cfl bulbs (custom rig hood).

below are some pictures any knowledge of what i could be doing wrong or what i need to do any type of schedule to keep when using Rockwell cubes when starting seeds would greatly be appreciated

I wouldn't use the dome nor RO in the beginning. I prefer purified or tap(if you have good tap) water. When I used cubes, I normally watered every 1-2 days depending on humidity/dryness. Rockwool gets noticeably lights as it drys so it's pretty easy to tell when they need it. I always like damp to almost dry when I water. You should get some sort of tray insert to raise cubes. You want to stimulate roots to grow down towards the water. They should rebound fine with a few adjustments. Also seems like a lot of light starting out for only 7 or so. Don't forget to ph water after they fully lose their cotyledons. I also use paperclips to support the stalk in the beginning. Not watering enough will cause them to lose support as well.

Get rid of the dome. Never use it again imo. It may be to late. What method are you doing? If putting them in soil do it now, plant them so that approx. an 1.5" above the soil (maybe someone else could chime in) thats just an educated guess. If putting them in hydroton still get then down in there a bit. Get the lights close and maybe a light breeze to help strenghthen the stalk. If nothing else prop them up I guess. Throw the dome away though! I know shit about cfl's that small, i have two 250's but never use em. Give t5's a glance, they work wonders for vegging and I have done (1) and seen some ok total grows using them. The 54w HO 's are the ones I use or vegging.

transplant it into a 1 gal. pot and bury it up to the first set of leaves and get it under a low lumen cfl, up close without getting the top hot and feet it clean rain water or spring water if possible. it will strengthen up within a week
