need help with making my own hps

i have 2 parking lot hps lights. there heavy so i was going to take out the fixture and make my own light with it. does anyone know how to go about doing this???

also i need to wire them to plug in to the wall how do i do this???

i took mine to lowes and i asked the clerck if he can help me set this up, everything cost me no more than $20
