Not to sound funny or anything but have you tried doing a little bit of research into growing indoors?

If you are flowering you will need anything from CFL's to HPS that have the spectrum 2700k (Red Spectrum(hps) or warm white (CFL) )

Other than that do a little bit of reading to understand more.

PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BRING THEM INSIDE.

i did do reading but none of these threads are talking about lighting for just one plant. i heard 1000 watt hps is good but is that too much for just 1 plant? im trying to keep my budget limited and im not trying to go overboard with lights when i could get a cheaper one that works just as well

If you want my honest opinion i would say for those 2 plants you wouldnt need any more than a 150w HPS.

But if you ever wanted to expand you would need more than this.

Its up to you

You could use lots of 43w CFLs Warm White's
Or you could get any HPS you like.

The easy and cheap way to go is cfl's. Go to google. search "site:rollitup.org _______" Doing this will only search on this website and all the google results will go to threads.... I find this to be much more effective in searching this site. I dont really like the search function provided. Click this link:http://lmgtfy.com/?q=site:rollitup.org+cfl+fixture
