Looks like heat or light stress the way the leaves and edges are curling. Those problems can be exacerbated by low CO2 when your plant use up available CO2 without adequate air exchange.

It shouldn’t be heat stress at 78f since using LED they like to be in the low 80’s and being 4 feet away at 70% shouldn’t be light stress either.
What are you feeding?
What medium are you using?

the above may be on to something with the air exchange. How is your intake setup?

is this your first grow?If not is this first time with this issue?

Feeding jack 321+power si
Medium is coco
No intake, sealed room
Not a first grow but furst time seeing this issue

Damn..running co2 as well...I don't see how that can be a light or heat issue with those temps and light WITH co2.
Where your fans at?
I'd bet on air..ph..root issues perhaps pests...odd
Kind of wild guesses but I did have something similar happen with a combo of cal lockout and windburn.
So what happened i think i overwatered and something went wrong with jack 421 i started seeing a lot oc calcium deficencies with 2g cal nit. So i started watering everyday instead of every other day and on top of that i raised led intensity

i'm fairly new to coco but i don't think you can overwater it. you can overfeed it if you water too much.

Wind burn possible. Ca lockout guarantee. How do i fix ? Flush with 50% nutes ?

I grow in organics so I'm not the guy to answer that completely. That would be assuming there are not root or pest issues..I would assume in a coco setup you would flush with pure water to reset any potential buildup you have, then reapply nutrients(and minimize overcomplications). As to detailed instructions in coco. I dont know. Reduce Adjust lights and trim affected areas so you can see progression clearly instead of seeing the same spots and go from there.
