Need help with a game plan for pheno-hunting keepers for outdoor grow

I plan on growing outdoor this year so I'd really like to pick the phenos that flower the quickest with the vigor and yield to come with it. I just popped my seeds and now I'm planning ahead on how I should approach this year's growing season(really should have done a sift in the winter time but I procrastinated). I have 2 indoor rooms and planning on moving 12 keeper plants to the outdoor around May 1~15 and flower the rest indoor. So that gives me about 90~105 days to figure out what I want to put out there. How would you guys approach this? I've got about 9 different strains(Bodhi's Genetic Reg Seeds).

Things to keep in mind I'm looking for the most optimal method to achieving great veg growth while being able to meet a time window as to when I want to transplant outdoors. What would you guys do?

How many are you looking to take outdoors?
The way I'd personally go about it is by sexing all the seeds you've germed. Binning the males off and any weak looking females.
Then I'd take cuts of everything and run the outdoor growing season as normal, once the season is finished and you've cropped you'll know what you want to keep and have it backed up. You'll need to find what works best in your climate, I'd then keep the cuts as mothers if you're unable to reveg the original stock.
This will mean having lots of plants lying about taking up room however, which can be problematic if you're not legal. Like me :D
