Need help, wilting leaves, small amount of bud, and tris look done.???

how far into growing are you? soil or dro? how often do you water? POST SOME PICS, that'll help oodles, what kind of lights and how long are they on?

Started around Oct., 12 hours on 12 off, shop light, but it has a hps light. something around 120V, 34W, i water when top soil is dry. would the reg shop light work? and i tried to post pics but it seems the url is wrong, but its saved in my pics exactly how i post it.
