One that plant, some branches still look healthy? Is there a break anywhere on the stem? Are there any bug pests? If you mist the undersides of the leaves on that branch with water, does it perk up? If yes, that would indicate that not enough water is getting to that branch through the stem. Maybe broken somewhere.

What are grow media, nutrients, feed/water sched, ppm/ec, ph, temps, rh, lights, distance from canopy?

I just had that problem. With my grow. My sativa were failing but the indicas looked OK. After testing my soil with a cheap soil test kit from ace hardware for 14 bucks I found out I had to much n and not enough phosphorous or potassium. With made the plant pull those nutes from the leaves. Ph was off as well. I flushed the plant gave it ff sledge hammer and comeback formula and they recovered. Leaves still look shifty but headed into week 7 they are looking a bit more robust. I would flush with straight ph test run off to make sure ph is in range then check your nute levels same plants before I found the problem a few days after I added p and k and adjusted ph. I think this would help with your issue as well
